Joyce was a great person who always had a smile on her face, a little laugh, full of energy and kind words for everyone. She will be greatly missed by many people. The memories of Joyce will never be forgotten. We send our condolences to the family in time of loss.

My thoughts and prayers offered for Joyce and her beloved family. She was our "energizer bunny" at the office as well as in life. I loved her for her
willingness to help me and her co-workers while serving the public at the Sec. of State office. She died on my birthday and will be remembered as long as I live.
