Dennis Babbitt Obituary

Dennis J. Babbitt Otsego Dennis Babbitt, age 58 of Otsego died Wednesday December 2, 2009 in Kalamazoo. He was born July 5, 1951 in Otsego the son of James and Evelyn(Roberts)Babbitt. Dennis was a 1969 graduate of Otsego High School. Several years ago he worked for Plainwell Paper and until last year when his health began to decline, Dennis worked 10 years at TRMI in Battle Creek. Woodhams (685-5881) where service will begin at 1p.m. following the visitation. Members of Dennis' family include his companion whom he made his home with the past 20 years, Terri Bazzi, his children; Carrie Lenhart, Kim Helmboldt, Tara Richter, Ty Babbitt, Manal Glenn, siblings; Creg Babbitt, Jackie Lakie, David "DJ" Babbitt and 12 grandchildren; John, Josh, Shelby, Hannah, Olivia, Chelsey, Vito, Samantha, Wyatt, Brady, Taylor and Parker. My heartfelt condolences to Terri as well as the family that Dennis has left behind. He was always a sincere and nice man with a free-spirit and a great sense of humor. He will truly be missed.
