Dear Karen and Family,
How sad to learn that Maxine has passed
away.
Although I haven't seen her since 2002 when your Father died, she has always held a special place in my heart.
I worked at the Federal Center in the early 70's, and we ate lunch together
almost every day. She was an up-beat,fun person. She was caring and intelligent.
She was very proud of you and loved her family very much.
I am glad she was in my life.
You all have my deepest sympathy and are in my prayers.
God Bless,
Maureen Dyer

Dear Max's Family. I know you
don't know me - but I remember you
well. Max and I were best friends
when we both started working at the
Federal Center - I went there in the
summer of 1956 and I met her soon
after. She and I, and your Dad and
my husband used to go out. We had
many good (probably silly)
times when we were all young.
I left the Government in 1969, and,
as things happen, I lost track of
her and grew apart.
I remember her fondly from our very
young days. We always met for lunch
and talked about what was happening
for us, for several years at the
Federal Center.
May she rest in peace - she was a
good woman - and may you know comfort
in knowing that. I remember her
and our youth, fondly.
