God Bless Phillip and His Family. He loved Battle Creek and did more for our community...he did it without recognition and Battle Creek is a better community because of the Voelker Family. Our family is praying for everyone associated with the Voelker Family. Battle Creek loves the Voelkers!

Patsy: Phil made collecting for money as a Lion/Lioness very enjoyable. His heart was very big and it showed with all he did for the White Cane event. I will miss him showing me how to sweep the parking lot.
