Larry Gregg Obituary

Larry M. Gregg Battle Creek Larry M. Gregg, 61, formerly of Charlotte died Friday, January 1, 2010 at the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was born May 9, 1948, in Charlotte, MI to Murl and Darleen (Finch) Gregg. Larry was a 1966 graduate of Charlotte High School and served in the U.S. Army 1968-1970. He graduated from Flint Barber School in 1971. Larry was employed for 38 years, from 1971 to the present, at The Hair Shed in downtown Battle Creek. Surviving are his sister, Norma Etson of Charlotte, five nieces and nephews, his Hair Shed family, his numerous customers and friends. An open house in memory of Larry will be held 1:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2010, at "The Hair Shed", 68 E. Michigan Avenue, Battle Creek, MI. Larry's cremated remains will be interred on his family's lot at Maple Hill Cemetery, Charlotte, MI. Arrangements are by Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home.
