Zelda Sibal Obituary

Zelda E. Sibal Albion Zelda E. Sibal, age 84, of Albion passed away Monday, January 25, 2010 at Best Care Plus East Assisted Living in Marshall. She was born March 6, 1925 in Albion, Michigan to George E. and Lula B. (Clark) Bushong. Zelda married George R. Sibal on November 20, 1948; he preceded her in death in 2004. Zelda was a legal secretary for Vandellen, Tuck, Garrison and Moore for over 30 years. She also had worked as a secretary for Albion High School. She was a member of Epsilon Segma Alpha Sorority. Zelda enjoyed crossword puzzles, traveling and gardening. She is survived by daughter, Laura (Patrick) Crouse of Marshall; 2 sons, G. William Sibal of Washington, D.C. Charles R. (Holly) Sibal of Albion; 3 step-grandchildren, John Crouse of Marshall, Jeannine Crouse of Ithaca, NY, Catherine Crouse of Kalamazoo; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sisters, Laura Keifer and Barbara Miller and 7 brothers, Robert, William, Donald, Max, Clark, Leland and Lynn Bushong. Graveside Service will be Friday, January 29, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Albion with Reverend Steve Shafe officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan. There will be a Memorial Luncheon at Cascarelli's in Albion following the graveside service. Assistance with Memorial Contributions to Oaklawn Hospice is available at the funeral home. www.kevintiddfuneralhome.com
