Charlie and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Shirley's passing.I was out of town and unable to attend visitation.
Shirley and I met while working at Union Electric. She was a very easy person to get to know, and we became fast friends. All the "girls" knew we could depend on Shirley to back us up (when we were right), and to talk to upper management when needed. She was a truly sweet, sweet person.
After our retirements we kept up via email. I will miss her cute little quips, and funny faces on cards, and emails. She was a wonderful person, I know you will all miss her. Know you are thought of in my prayers.
Keep in touch.
Always,
Yvonne S. Reed
