I remember Mac's booming laugh, from when I was a child taking piano lessons at the house in JIC. I remember Mac's booming laugh, from when I was older, hanging out with Beth at the house in Tequesta. RIP, Lt. Crowell. Please take care of those who have gone before.
Beth, Bruce, Susie, Jeff, Sue, and Mary Lou--my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Mac wasn't just ours friends father, he was our friend. The house in the Inlet Colony has a lot of good memories, the dinner time debates, the bomb shelter, Bobbie the cat. And of course the parties and Mac's gardening. My first breakfest at Wimbleton was with Mac and Mary Lou. I feel very lucky to have known Mac and the whole family, a very special group.

I enjoyed knowing you during the 70s when Jeff was around and you and Bruce would argue politics-- the great thing is that you turned out to be right! Enjoy heaven, Mr. Crowell
