Dear Kathleen and "Dearies",

I'll never forget the day I stepped off my boat entering Newport Harbor some years ago, and came face to face with Jim on the dock. What a fluke!

As you grieve please know that our most loving and prayerful thoughts are with you at this time.

Kathleen- call or write at anytime here in Arizona. We shall light a candle for all of you.

With Love,

Dear Kathleen and family,

"I'll always love you two...!" were the words Jim said to us the last night we saw him - on August 4th - at the Jazz Fest in Barnstable. He was happy - enjoying music and friends as he always did at these gatherings. Jim was a very kind and generous man, and we are so fortunate to have known him. He will be dearly missed by so many.

Our deepest sympathies to you and your family as you say farewell in this time of mourning.
