Blessings to you and your entire family. Hearing of this news made me weep.... after pause it also brought back such fond childhood memories of playing at the lake and all the crazy fun that came with it that I Had to giggle for a moment too. A great man, a great family, a great loss.
you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Aunt Mal
I am thinking & praying for you at this trying time in your life. I wanted to let you know how much I love you and Uncle Ski and to thank you for all the wonderful times at your house as we were growing up. Letting everyone hang out during the summer, skating, sledding in the winter (though running into the briars was always such fun), learning to love blue fish the way Uncle Ski always cooked it and, my top favorite, driving up and seeing the latest hunting results hanging from the tree :-) But most of all, when I asked you to be my godparents and you said Yes was the best and the thing that I remember the most!!! I love you very much.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget.
Linda, Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your father.

Memories, are just the best....I remember the day Sonny brought Ski home. The next morning Ski came down the back stairs into the kitchen and asked me where is she?...Who I said? Marilyn, he said, and in the very next breath he told me he was going to marry that girl...and he did. Mal, I'll remember that and the look of love he had in his eyes for you and it stayed with him always. You and LeAnn, Linda and Lori are in my prayers and I ask God to surround you with his love, your family and friends to comfort you in all your sorrow. Love to all...Vera
