Beatrice Tilga Obituary
She was the wife of recently deceased Walter Tilga for 59 years.
Beatrice resided in Orleans for 40 years. She started a career in real estate in 1968 and was one of the first women to establish her own successful real estate firm several years after.
Her professionalism, integrity and dedication will be remembered by many clients and friends.
Beatrice loved to travel with Walter to far regions of the world, cook and tend to her garden.
She will be missed by many and is survived by her three children, Geoffrey Tilga, Lesley Thompson, and Carolynne Chandler; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in The Brewster Baptist Church, Route 6A, Brewster, on Tuesday, Aug. 28, at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod Inc., 657 Route 28, West Yarmouth, MA 02673.
