Benjamin Griffith Obituary

MARSTONS MILLS — Benjamin Keith Griffith, 23, born on Cape Cod Sept. 19, 1984, passed quietly from this world, Oct. 19, 2007.

He was loved dearly by his mother, Genevieve Griffith and father, Richard W. Griffith III. He was brother and friend to Kyle Griffith and Erik W. Griffith. He is survived by his grandparents, Richard and Nancy Griffith of Marstons Mills and a long line of beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.

Benjamin was a talented young man with many dreams and aspirations. He loved working with stone and found peace in being close to nature. He will be sorely missed by all those who loved him.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., on Saturday Oct. 27, at Our Lady of Victory Church, 230 South Main St., Centerville. All friends and family are welcome. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cape Cod MSPCA. Ben truly loved animals and found much comfort from being with his dog, Bear.

Ben, You are and will be missed. We are all in shock here at work since you were stolen away. I am honored to have had the opportunity to work with you again albeit it so brief. You had grown into a ambitious young man from the young kid when we worked together in 2002. I'm sure there's plenty of good stones to build walls with where you are now. Mary and I send our deepest condolences to your family.
