Ms. Ryan was a lovely woman and a great neighbor to have in Sardis Woods. My family still has the rose bush she left for me when she moved away from that area. We have many fond memories of her with her flowers, yard awards, being a great person to talk with and her cats. I know that she will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies. My thoughts are with you during this time.

To Janet and her brothers; we had so much fun running wild on Sardis Road. Your mother was always fun and her door was open for early morning visits. I remember when she would make a cake and she let us scrape the bowl for the wonderful icing! She was beautiful, gracious and a wonderful person. She will be a part of me forever and I am thankful to have been part of her family. Julie Goode Lee

Dear Old Neighbors
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. My memories of growing up know that she had a heart of gold!! She had the love and patience to go through ,A LOT OF GUITARS, BIKES, CHEVY SS, and lots of early morning egg&cheese and bacon breakfast for the bus stop in the morning. I will always have the greatest memories and cherish them forever of her kindness to me and to all of you! I am lucky to have known her and your family. Wade and Andrea Goode

Janet and Jack,

I'm still really shocked to hear about your mom. I'm just so very sorry for you both. I truly hope you'll find solace knowing that she can finally have eternal peace and comfort. Mostly I hope that you'll be comforted by many fond memories as you grieve your loss. She was a good mom, and I hope that you'll both come to recognize that you've been really good kids to her as well. During these last several years as her health has failed her, you should know that you've served her selflessly in a way that would make any mother very proud.

As always, my thoughts are with you.

Dear Janet,Tom,Jack and Jim,I was saddened to hear the news about your mother.Your Mother was always such a lovely person with a warmth that was truly special.I will always cherish my memories of her at Great Oaks, where there was always a box of kittens in the kitchen for her to play with and love. That is one of the things that stands out most was her love of you all and her kitties. She always had the funniest stories about her cats and the bathrobes...My thoughts and prayers are with you all!Bunnie Brown
