Victor Joseph Fray
FORT MILL -- Mr. Fray, age 69, passed away peacefully at home on March 2, 2009, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Mr. Fray was born in Norwalk, CT on November 4, 1939 and was a resident of Trumbull, CT until retiring to Fort Mill, SC in 2008. He attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY and was employed in automotive sales, leasing and management for over 40 years in Fairfield County, CT. Mr. Fray retired from the sales and leasing department of Volvo of Westport, Westport, CT in 2007.
Mr. Fray is survived by his devoted wife of 42 years, Evelyn Weed Fray of Fort Mill, SC; his son and daughter-in-law, V. Kenneth and Kelly Muller Fray of Tega Cay, SC; his daughter, Lora C. Fray of Woodbury, CT; and two grandsons, Alex and Kyle. He is also survived by brothers, Paul Fray of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Peter Fray of Port Orange, FL and Michael Fray and his wife, Michelle, of Phoenix, AZ; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial mass will be at 2 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2009 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, with Father John Giuliani officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the mass.
The family wishes to thank the devoted personnel of Hospice & Community Care, Rock Hill, SC for their care and compassion during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I sold cars with Vic at Haynes and McGill Motors in Bpt in the 1970,s. Tho I have,nt seen Vic in many years. I enjoyed working with him. He taught me many things, as I was a roukey in the business back then.He will be missed. God bless.
