Everett Darius Allison
'Bugeye'
Mr. Allison, son of Lucille Allison and the late Cannie Allison, was born April 5, 1950 in Charlotte, NC. He departed this life at Carolinas Medical Center on Saturday, March 21, 2009.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Shiloh Institutional Baptist Church with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
Daris, 'Bugeye' attended Statesville Avenue Presbyterian Church until adulthood. After marrying Ella Denise Brady, he attended Shiloh Institutional Baptist Church with her.
Darius worked many years as a truck driver, and most recently was employed with Kelly Asphalt. Those who knew 'Bugeye' knew of his love for trucks and motorcycles. He was a member of the Fortune Hunters Motorcycle Club from 1980 to 1983 and The Wheels of Thunder Motorcycle Club from 1984 to 1989 'Under the Tree.' He was also an active member of the West Charlotte Class of 1968.
He leaves to cherish fond memories, his wife, Ella Denise; two daughters, LaShanda Williams of Greensboro and Natasha Brady; one son, Jamaal Brady; mother, Lucille Allison; a brother, Demetri (Angie) Allison; and two sisters, Angelia (David. Sr.) Adams, and Renea (Eugene) Stitt.
Grier Funeral Service is assisting the Allison Family.
