James Mullett Obituary

LITCHFIELD, N.H. James S. Mullett, 78, of Litchfield, N.H., formerly of Waltham, went home to be with the Lord on June 14, 2008. He was born on Sept. 11, 1929 in Wilmington, son of the late Edward and Dorothy Mullett. He worked for the Mass Bay Transit System for many years. He loved all living things, especially his dog, Lady. He was a member of the Scottish Rite, Bektash Temple of Concord, N.H., York Rite, Blue Lodge member of the United Brethren of Marlborough, and the International Shrine Clown Association. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Janet Mullett; three daughters, Kristen Owen and her husband, Randal, Wendy Mullett, and Heidi Mullett; one son, James Mullett and his wife, Roberta; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; his brothers, Wilfred Mullett and his wife, Janet, and Raphael Mullett and his wife, Ann; his sister-in-law, Peggy Whitten, wife of his late brother, Ervin Mullett, and his brother-in-law, Peter Agri, husband of his late sister, Charlotte Agri. A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 21, at the Manchester Christian Church, 1308 Wellington Road, Manchester, N.H. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Home Health and Hospice Care, 22 Prospect St., Nashua, NH.
