to all of Freddy's family, we are so so sorry for your loss. he really was a special person, just ask my children, they all loved him. i met him when he was about 20 years old, when i hung around with his sister Ann. he was the only boy in a house full of sisters. he was very protective of all of them. again my sincerest sympathy.

My wife and I have lived across the street for the last 3 years. We didn't speak too frequently but Fred would always have a wave and smile for us when he was working in his yard. We'll miss seeing him out there. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. If there is anything Jen or myself can help with we are just across the street.

I live in the neighborhood and although I don't know the family very well, I would see Mr. Dowcett in the mornings while on my morning walks and we'd wave to each other. I am terribly sorry for the family's loss of this nice man. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
