I never knew that nite time would be so long, since you've passed on to the other side. I thought i was prepared for this, because i got to be with you the night before you lefted us. But i am not. Tomorrow we're going to get your ashes, and i am not looking forward to that. Anyway, i love you and you will always be my Big Emmitt.

I remember when he used to pick us up to visit him and earnestine I never knew he would die so soon even though he was in a nursing home he's still alive as my grandfather.

My Condolences To My Family:
God takes home his own...May those words give comfort to you all in this sad time. I am sorry that I could not attend the funeral, my dad Joe Louis, really felt bad about losing Emmett. They were close. I am so sorry for the loss of a great and loving man, who just happend to be my cousin. May GOD BLESS AND KEEP YOU ALL SAFE.
