Irondequoit; July 18, 2008. Predeceased by husband, David & daughter, Michelle. Survived by daughter, Phyllis (Jim) Hillyard; grandson, Kyle Hillyard; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be held 11AM on Sunday, July 20th at White Haven Memorial Park (please gather at the entrance). Donations may be made to American Diabetes Association. Shiva will be observed at 27 Fleming Creek Circle, Greece on Sunday from 4-8PM. For directions or condolences leave a message or please visit www.parskylevy.com
