Jessie was a special lady who I respected and felt privileged to know. Her strong love for her family and her country was obvious.

I remember Jessie from when she was my Girl Scout leader, growing up, and from many years since then. She was always a strong and compassionate voice, someone I trusted and who was a role model for me. I'm deeply sorry for your loss; she was a very great lady.
