Alfred Reeves Obituary

Reeves, Alfred J.
Deland, FL: Alfred J. Reeves passed away on August 8th 2008 shortly after his 78th birthday. Al was born August 2, 1930 in the Bronx, NY. He met his wife Jean and was married November 22, 1953. They later moved to Rochester, NY where Al worked for Eastman Kodak for 25 years. In 1990 Al retired and they moved to Deland and became members of the First Presbyterian Church of Deland. His many interest included Bridge, Shogi, Bird Watching and volunteer work for the State Attorney's Office working with troubled juveniles and with the Volusia County Department of Environmental Management.
Survived by his wife of 55 years Jean; his sons Raymond of Orlando and James of Fairport NY; daughter-in-laws Barbara and Catherine; grandchildren Halloran, Hanna and Justin. Services will be held at a future date.
