Rochester: August 18, 2008. Herbert is survived by his daughter Lindsay (Tony Chess) Lerzak; grandchildren, Mackenzie Cook & Tejay Chess; cousin Herbert (Janice) Rudsam; longtime friend Margaret Lerzak.
