Annette, I will remember the old days at St. Salome's, the fun we had at family birthday parties and other celebrations, and, more recently, the last time I saw you and your wonderful family when you were on vacation.
I will remember you always had a smile, loved to laugh, and knew how to share that with everyone around you.
I know you are in Heaven now, and will watch over your family in a special way, maybe when they least expect it!
To Mark, Matthew and Shannon, Michael and Elaine, as difficult as this time is for you, I know you know Annette wants you to be happy. Be good to yourselves and each other as you grieve.
You are in my heart and prayers.
Love, Patty

As a paraeducator at Creekside I have known Annette for many years. We didn't know each other well as we never worked in the same classroom.
I want Annette's children to know that they meant the whole world to her. We never had a conversation that did not include her children. You made her very proud. Annette will remain in the hearts of many.

I just found out today, from a mutual Creekside friend that Annette has passed. I am very shocked and saddened! I spent several years with Annette at Creekside and always enjoyed her company. She was committed to the children and always worked hard for them. If you were lucky enough to be in her class, you got to enjoy her delicious home cooking. She shared many stories about her kids loved her crafts! I left Creekside two years ago and am sorry that I didn't have more time with her. I will remember her fondly!

Annette, this is very unbeliveable. When I think of you I will always remember all the wonderful times we have had over the many, many, years we have known each other. The beach parties, You baby sitting my children when I was a single mom, the get togethers. But most of all dear friend of my youth, I will never forget your beautiful laughter, your great never ending smile, and the abundance of love you showed to all you came in contact with. Be at peace in the kingdom of heaven, safe in the arms of Jesus, until we meet there again.
Love,

I've known Annette for 20 plus years. She was always happy. I ran into her alot at Wegmans. She worked at Southern Star Bakery and we had a lot of fun. Every Halloween she had a haunted house in her front yard for the kids to enjoy and I always bought her home made pickles. My son met her a t a very young age and he always knew we'd stop at her house to buy hot pickles every Halloween. My son loved the way she celebrated every Halloween. When he found out about her death he called me and said " Mom I have some bad news. The pickle lady died. I can't stop thinking about all the funny stuff, and how much I'll miss her.

My heart goes out to you all. I have worked with Annette for many years at creekside. She was a very hard worker and would do anything you asked . I have an Adirondack chair that Annette hand painted and raffled off that sits on my deck facing the water. I will think of you every time I enjoy it . I also found a recipe the other day that Annettte gave me for corn casserole that is delicious , I remember the day she brought it in for everyone and I couldn't wait for the recipe. Annette always made sure she brought me a sample of whatever she cooked, even when I was on restricted sugar she made her breads with sugar substitutes so that we could share. She always thought of others and ecspecially her family. She loved you all very much...God Bless

I don't know if you remember me, but I worked at Ladd's bowing center on Wednesdays when you and Annette bowled. I knew your children, Matthew and Shannon. Matthew used to bowl on the junior league on Saturdays. I was so sorry to read about Annette's passing. My sincere and deepest sympathy to you and your family.

I was with Annette when she died. I am confident in telling all of you that she did not suffer for a moment, and in the minutes before, she was in the place that she loved, doing exactly what she loved to do (swimming), with a big smile on her face. She loved life, and loved her family dearly. We will all miss her.

Annette will go down in our memories as warm, kind, generous and funny. We had so many laughs when we went camping in Toronto in 1986, just she & I, Joyce. She always made you feel welcome. It didn't matter that we hadn't talked for years...if one of us called each other we could easily pick up where we left off. I wish our son Phillip could have met her.
Farewell, Annette. May you be sharing a banquet in Heaven now with your mom and dad and all our other lost loved ones.
Love, Chuck, Joyce and Phillip

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived
okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here
is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you
every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up
and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were
gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.

There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for
me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's
chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life
on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not
be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But
one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a
time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will
give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day
was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the
way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick
him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in
your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember
you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
