Theron Holden Obituary
Brighton; Theron Timothy (Tim) Holden, 97, of Brighton and Honeoye Lake, passed away on August 3rd, 2008. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 67 years, Alberta (Berta) Rittenhouse; and his brother, Richard Holden. Surviving are his three daughters, Donna (Donald) Barratt, FL and ME, Trudi (Richard) McKeeby, NJ and JoAnna Sheridan, NY; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grand-children; and nieces, including Jeanne Wiltsie of Rochester.
Tim graduated from Honeoye Falls High School and Hamilton College. His avid interest in photography encompassed both his vocational and personal life. He was employed at Graflex from 1934 until his retirement, when he taught at RIT for several years He served as V.P. of the Photographic Society of America, was an active member of the Photographic Historical Society of Rochester, and the George Eastman House.
Tim was an active member of Asbury First Methodist Church.
A Memorial Service will be held at Asbury on September 6th at 5:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Fund at Asbury, 1050 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607. www.CrawfordFuneralHome.com
