Frank Pepper Obituary
Rochester: Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at age 67. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; son, Ashley Pepper of CA; daughter and son-in-law, Penney & Charlie Pepper-Uhl of CA; mother-in-law, Mary Ras; sister-in-law and brothers-in-law, Donna & Jack Hayes and William Ras; nieces, Lisa Holbrook & Karen (James) Segala; grand-niece, & grand-nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call Thursday, 6-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Private Service and Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Chili Volunteer Ambulance Service. To share a special memory, please visit:

Frank was a service rep for Ferguson before it was Ferguson, when I dealt with him, and he was always a happy go lucky man, with a kind word for anyone. He will be sorely missed, and my prayers go out to his family, friends, & co-workers.

To know Frank was to love him. All of the group here at HCR who played Euchre had such a good time with him. For such a quiet man he was really fun and funny to be around. Please know all of you are in our prayers.

I didnt really know frank that well... But every morning Frank took the time to say good morning and notice me .. I work at Vp with him... He was an awesome man.. I hardley knew.. but what i did kno .. I loved...
