"Marty"
Churchville: Wednesday October 15, 2008, at age 78. She was predeceased by her husband Bill Bates. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Charles M. Harrison; her children, Cindy (Ralph) Evans, Deborah (Mark Popiela) Bates, Jody (Terry) Clark, Jeff (Paula) Harrison; grandchildren, Sally, Jody, Jameson, Jessica, Allisyn, Samuel, Max, Amanda and Tracy; great granddaughter, Abigail; sister, Joan (Don) Kensinger. Marty was a 30-year member of the Union Congregational UCC of Churchville.
Friends may call Sunday, 2-5 PM ONLY at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., 21 S. Main Street, Churchville. A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Union Congregational UCC, 14 North Main Street, Churchville, NY 14428. Interment will be held in Sandusky, NY. Those wishing may make contributions to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY 14626, in Marty's Memory.

Marty was my first love, I think we were 5 yrs old. So glad we saw each other at Jeans 90th. Marty will be missed.

Deepest sympathy to the family of my cousin, of whose passing I learned today (Nov. 2) from my brother, Dave, in Indiana. Memories of Sandusky and the cousins' Florida reunions are strong for me, and treasured.
