Willa Armstrong Obituary

Armstrong, Willa K.
Newark: Friday September 21, 2007, age 78, at The House of John. Willa was born in Rochester, March 6, 1929; daughter of William & Katherine Fillingham Armstrong. She lived in Rochester for many years and also lived in Newark for over 25 years. Survived by her sister in law Kathleen Armstrong of Elba; nephews, Ronald, William and Larry Armstrong; niece, Cindy; several great-nieces & great-nephews; her long time friends, Diane Schram & Rita Clark who helped her in many ways, and her grandaughter, Jessica Webb; her beloved pet Misty. Willa had a great love for pets and children. She was a member of the Wayne County Humane Society. A special thanks to Betsy Americo & her staff at Armstrong Senior Living for their exceptional love & caring ways. The comfort and compassion they showed was greatly appreciated. Willa will be sadly missed by many people. We love you Willa. God Bless.
Friends may call Tuesday 10-12noon at Schulz Pusateri Funeral Home, 103 Maple Ct., Newark where services will be held at 12noon with Rev. Gerald Harris. Burial in Riverside Cemetery, Rochester. Memorials to a charity of one's choice.
