Darrow, Madeline C. (Marné)
Brighton: Entered into eternal life on October 19, 2007, at age 96. A beautician for over 60 years, she is survived by her daughter, Nancy Tighe-Schnurle; grand-daughters, Maureen and Sharon Tighe; great-grandson, Michael; nephew, William "Billy" Fox; nieces, Paula (Marty) Roland & Lesley (Tom) Kastner; brothers-in-law, Wilbur (Dorothy) Darrow, Ralph (Jean) Darrow & Robert Fox; many great-nieces, great-nephews & cousins; dear friends, Olive Mantell & Evie Wolter. She was predeceased by her grandson, Michael Tighe; sister, Arline; nephew & niece, Robert & Kathleen. Madeline was beloved by all.
The family wishes to extend special gratitude to the staff at Maplewood Nursing Home for their wonderful care.
Friends are invited to call Monday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, 3325 Winton Rd. So. Interment will be celebrated Tuesday, 11 AM in Holy Sepul-chre Cemetery. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the main entrance at 10:45 AM. Madeline's Memorial Mass will be held in St. Anne Church, 1600 Mt. Hope Avenue on Wednesday at 10 AM. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
