I am in Buenos Aires and received the sad news today from my sister about Barbara´s passing. Barbara was a shining light in all the lives she touched, and her personal spirtuality, ethics, and love of life helped guide me to Judaism. The world will surely be a poorer place for not having Barbara in it. But her memory, her smile, her laughter, her love and words of insight and wisdom will remain forever.
