Lillian Congdon Obituary

Congdon, Lillian "Issie"
Hamlin, NY: Passed away on Monday, October 29, 2007, at the Lakeside Beikirch Care Center at age 91.
Born on January 12, 1916 in Murray, NY, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Imogene (Ruggles) Merritt.
She is survived by a son, Perry (Christine) Congdon of Kendall, NY. Two grandchildren, Debbie (John) Palmeri of Hamlin, NY and Doug Congdon of Greece, NY. Three great-grandchildren: Emily, Matthew, and Amanda. A sister-in-law, Violet Merritt of Brockport and a niece, Linda (Mike) Schaffer of Brockport. She is predeceased by her husband, Lewis Congdon, a daughter, Lois and a son, Clyde. Also, Two brothers, Richard and David Merritt.
Relatives and friends may attend calling hours at the Merrill - Grinnell Funeral Home, 39 Geddes St. Holley, NY on Thursday, November 1st, 2007, from 11AM- 1PM with a Funeral Service being held at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery, Hamlin. Memorials may be made in her name to: Morton Baptist Church, 1152 Countyline Rd. Morton, NY 14508. Please sign our on-line register book at:
