Arthur Vasile Obituary
N. Chili: November 9, 2007, at age 82. Predeceased by his daughter-in-law, Susan Vasile. He is survived by his beloved wife, Pasqualina (Cerqua) Vasile; children, Michael (Carolyn) Vasile, Thomas Vasile, Arthur (Mary) Vasile; grandchildren, Thomas (Krista), Christopher, Laura, Gregory, Kathleen, Ashley; sister, Angie Scalafani; several nieces & nephews. Arthur was a WWII Veteran Central Pacific Campaign 4th Marine Division including Iwo Jima. He was a retiree of RG &E where he worked for 37 years. BARTOLOMEO & PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc., 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) where Arthur's Visitation will be on Tuesday, 2-4 & 7-9. All are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11 AM at St. Helen's Church (Hinchey Rd.) Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation in Arthur's Memory.

Papa,
I am happy for the times that we spent together.Coming home will not be same without you, you will be missed very much. The sacrifices you made not only as Marine fighting for our freedom, but as a hard working Father for many years have made my Dad and I what we are today. I want to thank you for starting a family that I love and am proud to be a part of.
