You are remembered in a stampwork I created that isnow located in the Museum of Nebraska Art and The Archives of American Art. The stamp includes my dog tag, yours, and two other buddies we knew well in Vietnam. I´ll be thinking of you on Vets Day, good buddy. Rest well.

I'm remembering Ross on this Memorial Day, 2022 with the following photographs from 1971, the year we served together in Personnel at the 507th Transportation Group, MACV, Saigon Port, Vietnam. You had a quick wit, a lot of humor, and never stepped back from debating issues of the day, like the day you argued that we'd be more likely to forget rather than remember our days there. But you did remember to drop by in Omaha, Ne to make a surprise visit and chat about 'Nam. Here are some photographs that I'm sending to Archives of American Art this year. Sorry I never sketched you while I was there....The photos are from the Saigon Zoo and the office where we worked. Luckily, we weren't at work when a 122 rocket round landed in front of our compound...We laughed at why 'Charlie' wanted to target our Volleyball Court. Rest in Peace, Buddy. I'll look you up in Eternity.

I remember Ross when we attended St. Andrew's school together - he always had a great smile and loved to laugh. I remember seeing him at one of our school reunions years later and he never changed. I have fond memories of those happy times. My sympathy to the Marinaro family for their loss.

Ross, I have GREAT memories of you from all the plays we did at Bishop Kearney. You always made me laugh the most. Your gift was awesome! I`m so glad I was able to catch up with you a few years ago after all of this time.

My big brother loved his family. Rossie lived his life showing his love for each of us in every way possible. His passing leaves a void in our hearts impossible to fill.

I grew up with Ross in the old neighborhood attending St Andrews with him.

He was always a gentle thoughtful person. One that I was proud to call an aquaintance and friend.

Making Ross's acquaintance in the Local Government Academy was a remarkable experience for me, one I will always treasure! He taught me so much. We had long thoughtful conversations about our city, our community. Ross made a great difference in the lives of so many in his own quiet smiling way. He will be greatly missed by many of us who didn't get to know Ross nearly as well as we would like to have.

To the Family of Ross -
My husband, Frank, and I attended St. Andrew's with Ross. We also were with him for a while at MCC. We got to see him a few times over the years when he was visiting in Rochester. He was a great guy. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences to all of you. We will keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
