"Arnie"
Rochester: On November 29, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer, at age 86. Predeceased by his wife, Marian. Survived by his wife, Annette (Braiman) Shapiro; children, Neil (Irene) Shapiro, Kim (John LaFountain) Moss; grandchildren, Shara & Lauren Shapiro, Samantha, John & Michael Moss; brothers, Dr. Melvin (Mitzi) Shapiro, Burton (Ellen) Shapiro; step-children, Paul (Linda Urquizu) Braiman, Ellen (Alec) Greenfield; step-grandchildren, Elisabeth & Zachary Greenfield, Matthew, Noah & Jordan Braiman; step-daughter-in-law, Susan Braiman; several nieces and nephews.
Arnold was a US Army veteran of WWII and a life-time member of the Midvale Country Club, serving on various committees. A member of Temple Beth David and The Pharmacists Society.
Arnold's Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 Winton Rd. South) on Friday at 12:30 PM. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Following the interment the family will receive friends at Midvale Country Club (2387 Baird Rd.). In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to the Auxiliary of the Jewish Home or Temple Beth David-Marsha Fishman Fund in his memory. A period of mourning will be observed on Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at 2470 East Ave., Apt. 308. To email a message of condolence, please visit Arnold's guestbook at:
