Greece, NY: Dec. 7, 2007, in Binghamton, NY. Predeceased by his father, David. Survived by his mother, Marilyn Heier Gunderson; brothers, David (Judy) of Burlington, NC, Terence (Mary) of Greece, NY & Donald of Niagara Falls, NY; sister, Diane (Paul) Schreiner of Webster, NY; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Jill, Eric, Chelsea & Courtney Gunderson, Michael & Lauren Schreiner; many relatives & friends; caregivers, Linda & Phil Janecki. Thomas was a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and Ithaca College. He was a local musician.
Friends may call Monday 10:00-11:00 AM followed by a Funeral Service at 11 AM at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English & Latta). Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may contribute to Unity Hospital Building Fund, 1555 Long Pond Road, 14626.

I went to high school with Tom. I enjoyed listening to him sing and play guitar. We went to Letchworth Park a few times to enjoy the senery and Tom would sing and play guitar. I look forward to seeing him when he is resurrected to a paradise earth where he can enjoy music forever.
