Dear Linda & family,
I am deeply saddened to hear about the tragic passing of your beloved daughter Emily. When I read the obituary and saw Emily's beautiful face and smile I was reminded of you Linda not so many years ago. I know it has been a while since we have last seen each other, but I want you to know that even after all these years you have left a lasting imprint for good on my life and I am sure many others. After reading about your daughter, I can tell, she was a lot like you and her memory will live on in the hearts of many who have known her. May Heavenly Father be close by to you and your family and give you the comfort you need at this time is my prayer.

To the Reeves Family:
Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your daughter Emily. I have been thinking alot about your family since I saw her obituary because we lost our 18 year old son 13 months ago in a car accident in Payson and I know how painful this loss is.
What comforts me is our knowledge that we will see our loved ones again and that our Heavenly Father, I am sure, has very special work for them to be doing and he is taking care of them for us. They are not far from us and will be there for us when we NEED them. You now have a special angel watching over you and you know her name.
Your Heavenly Father feels your sorrow and will be there for you in your deepest, darkest moments as you turn to him for comfort. Only he can give you the strength you will need to continue on.
Though we are strangers, I grieve with you and will to continue to pray for you through this heartbreaking time.
Wishing I could give you a hug!!!

Dear Reeves Family,
You don't know me and I don't know you, but I heard about your daughter's accident and I felt that I should sign your daughter's guestbook. I know exactly what you are going through at this time. My cousin, who was one of my best friends, was killed in a car accident six months ago. He was 15 years old, same as me, and we were extremely close. The first few days, weeks, months, etc. are the hardest. Because it is so hard for us to understand why they had to leave at such a young age. But then you need to think about how families can be together forever. Emily still lives, and will be doing amazing things for the Lord. Knowing that my cousin is walking side by side with the Lord is what keeps me going everyday. And knowing that I will be with him again as an eternal family is what brings a smile to my face. Think about the memories that you shared with Emily, they will help take the pain away. May God bless your family during this hard time. And when you are having a hard time just think, CTR, Choose To Remember.

Hannah shared with us her impressions of the lovely and uplifting memorial service that was held for Emily. It sounded like a fitting tribute for a life well-lived. I've heard it said that it is not "the years in your life, but the life in your years" that matters. Emily lived her short life well. May the memories of that life abide with you always.

Dear Emily's Parents and Family,
I dont know exactly what to say about Emily's passing. I got the news on Monday and was a wreck for the rest of the day. I remember Emily from first grade and how we kept in touch after you and your family moved to Utah. she was a really sweet girl and her unexpected and sudden passing left me speechless and really unable to concentrate in school for the rest of the day. I still have all the pictures she sent me and all her letters as well. I really wish that I could be there for the funeral, but with it being all the way in Utah I wont be able to make it. I hope the rest of you are all ok and my prayers are with all of you in the future. Emily was a good person and I know that we will all meet again someday. until then I love and will miss her dearly and I send my warmest condolances to you and yours.
sincerly,
Corey G.

Dear Linda, Mel, and family,
We learned of your loss from our daughter, Allyson, who expressed deep sadness for you and your family. We join with multitudes in asking for our Father in Heaven's comforting hand to lift you, His peace and promises to comfort you. We are very sorry to be leaving for an assignment before the funeral; otherwise, we would have gathered with you to celebrate the life of a saint, a faithful daughter of God, your Emily. She lives; her promised blessings, every one will be realized; you will be reunited in the due time of the Lord. In the meantime know that loved ones will pray for you as you carry on in exemplary faith, as you have already done. We do love you.

Dear Mel, Linda, Valerie, Allyson and family,
Please know of our love for all of you at this most difficult time. Emily was truly an angel here on this earth. It was our privilege to get to know her during this past year as we celebrated the 175th Anniversary of the Restoration in "First Light," "Day of Celebration," and also at Girls Camp where she did such an outstanding job as a Youth Leader. She always went out of her way extending herself to others. She had a radiant smile, and alway expressed gratitude for the smallest of things. She lived the Gospel Standards and was a great example of what a Young Woman should be at all times. We pray your family will be comforted with this tremendous loss. We love you so much.
