Humpy Wheeler Obituary
The general manager of the Charlotte Motor Speedway, he became known as "The P.T. Barnum of NASCAR" for extravagant pre-race stunts – like reenactments of famous battles, and a giant car-crushing robot.
Wheeler is also being remembered as the voice of Tex in the beloved Pixar movies "Cars" and "Cars 3."
