David Fehr Obituary

David Edwards Fehr "Bubba" David passed away February 24, 2008. His passing was a surprise as was his arrival on this earth. David constantly surprised his parents, his wife and son, his sisters and brother, his nieces and nephew, all of whom loved him dearly. David was born February 3, 1982 to Maxine Edwards Fehr and Robert Walker Fehr. He graduated from Olympus High School in 2000. David married Kathleen Eubank at the Cottonwood Club on June 1, 2003. David was a Utility Arborist employed by Murray City. His happiest hours were spent with his son Trace, his family and hunting waterfowl at the Harrison Duck Club with his companion and hunting buddy "Moose", his great black lab. David is survived by his parents, Maxine and Bob; his son, Trace Colton; and Trace's mother, Katie; big sisters, Terilyn (Rob) Hixson, Kristi (Vince) Thurgood and big brother, Rob (Jennifer) Fehr. His five nieces and one nephew will miss "Uncle Bubba" greatly. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up at Zion's Bank in David's name, for his son, Trace. A goodbye for family and close friends will be held for David at the Harrison Duck Club on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. (Dirt road from northwest corner of The International Center follow arrows. Wear Levi's and camo).

To Dave's Family-

He always gave the best hugs!! Without a doubt I could go to him during those unfortunate high school days and he'd be there to talk to, or let me drive his brand new truck around, or get in trouble with me playing basketball at Crestview till the wee hours and having the cops ask us to go home.

I found it a blessing to reconnect with him about 6 months ago. Knowing and sharing similar life woes, his hugs are still what I remembered from days long ago...the best!

I'm sorry I could not be there to say my goodbyes to him today and give my sympathies to the family. I just want you to know that you and Dave have been in my thoughts all day and I want you to know that he meant a great deal to me.

To Dave...my heart hurts and I am devastated by the loss of you. I hope you have found your peace.

Love,
Jenna

February 29, 2008

Dave,
Where do i start! First and for most im sorry im not there. If it were in my power you know i would be. You were always there for me. You never let me down and you never left me behind. Whether it was our first beer together when I was 8, my first time duck hunting, shooting BB guns in the back yard, playing neighborhood games of hide and go seek, or just going out with your older friends. You always brought your adopted little brother along. In the past few years you have always found time for me, even though you probably should have been relaxing or passed out from a hard weeks work. You never missed a chance to just come up and say hi when i was home. Even if it was just to come up and take my bike out for a quick spin. I wouldn't trade any of it for the world. Im sorry I cant come with you this time but I promise ill catch up someday. I love you and ill miss you dearly. Find the good hunting spots so you can take me when i get there!
