Bailey Grace Blake "Our Baby Bailey" Our sweet little Bailey was born to Chris and Jenn Blake on Oct. 2, 2008. She passed away on Oct. 4, 2008 due to a rare genetic disease called Thanatophoric Dysplasia. Although Bailey was with us for just a short time she was able to touch the lives of many people who dearly love her. Her brothers, Parker and Caleb, anxiously awaited her arrival and were so grateful for the time they got to spend with her. They look forward to the time they can hold her and play with her again.Bailey is survived by her parents, brothers, grandparents: Wallace and Donnie Baldwin, Mike Blake, JoAnn Paulin, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A viewing will be held Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S) followed on Thurs., October 9, 2008 by a Graveside Service at 11:00 at South Jordan City Cemetery, 1055 W. 10650 S. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Bailey's name at any Mountain America Credit Union to help with medical/funeral expenses. Dearest Chris, Jenn & Boys,
Your Aunt Rhonda and Uncle Tom have all of you in our prayers. I have been keeping up with you via your Dad and Mother. I know that your Dad told you that we were in Franklin last week while Steve & Michele' s little Sydney had surgery again. I know that you must feel like your hearts are broken but know that little Bailey rest in the arms of the Lord. Know to that she touched our lives, too. We love all of you.
