Paul A. Wemett of Lunenburg, active at Twin City Church; 74 LUNENBURG Paul A. Wemett, 74, of Lunenburg, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, in his home, after a long illness. He was born in Rochester, NY, on June 14, 1934, a son of the late John and Edna (Steamer) Wemett and has lived in Lunenburg for the past 25 years. Paul earned his bachelors degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, and then received his master's degree from Northeastern University in Boston. Mr. Wemett worked several years as an engineering manager at the Raytheon Company in Sudbury and the Honeywell Company in Lexington. He was a member and active volunteer at the Twin City Baptist Church as well as a member of the Northeastern Alumni Association and R.I.T. Alumni Association. He leaves his wife of 35 years, Dorothy (Sawchuk) Wemett of Lunenburg; three daughters, Marie A. Wemett of Stow, Robin R. Stewart and her husband, Richard of Holden, and Tracy M. Wemett of Cambridge; a granddaughter, Katherine E. Stewart of Holden; a brother, John W. "Bill" Wemett and his wife, Jan, of Rochester, NY; a sister, Ann E. Wemett of Chicago, IL; his former wife, Patricia Bulger of Holden, nephews and nieces. WEMETT The funeral will be held on Saturday, Aug. 30, at 11:00 a.m. in the Twin City Baptist Church, 194 Electric Ave., followed by a reception in the church hall. Burial will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 2, in the Woodside Cemetery in Cohasset, MA.
