Gladys B. Heisson lived in Fitchburg for six decades; 82 FITCHBURG Gladys B. (Brewer) Heisson, 82, of Fitchburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, in HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital, unexpectedly. She leaves her husband of 60 years, an anniversary which they celebrated this past May 1, 2008; one daughter, June A. Osowski of Gardner, MA: three grandchildren, Craig A. Osowski and his wife, Patsy, of Gardner, MA, Krista A. Osowski of Framingham, MA, and Cory J. Heisson, and his wife, Cassie, of Leicester, MA; two great-grandchildren, Dylan G., and Liberty K. Osowski, both of Gardner, MA; a daughter-in-law, Charlotte S. Heisson and her husband, Stephen Murray, of Las Vegas, NV. She was predeceased by her son, Gary J. Heisson of Worcester, in 1999. Mrs. Heisson was a Saleslady at the former R.H. Whites Dept. Store in Leominster for several years. She was a 1944 graduate of Ashby High School. She loved her house, having family get togethers, looking at photographs and loved cats, especially her own cat, "Butterscotch". She was born in Ashby, MA, on January 31, 1926, a daughter of the late Leonard and Hazel (Boynton) Brewer, and lived in Fitchburg for the past 60 years. HEISSON Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 10:00 a.m. in the Smith-Mallahy-Masciarelli Funeral Home, 243 Water St., Fitchburg, MA. Rev. Andy Burr will officiate. Calling hours are Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 9 to 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Fitchburg.
