Lorraine S. Nelson

Lorraine S. Nelson longtime Leominster resident; 72 LEOMINSTER Lorraine S (Movsessian) Nelson, 72, of Leominster, MA, died Saturday, September 27, 2008, in Golden Living, after a long illness. She was born on February 8, 1936, in Roslindale, MA, the daughter of Moses and Armen Movsessian and was a resident of Leominster for the past 36 years. Lorraine was raised in Roslindale, MA where she attended and graduated from Roslindale High School. She had been a waitress at many area restaurants for many years. She loved art and oil painting. She also enjoyed playing Bingo. In her early years, she also was a model for several clothing lines. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy and her husband, Dana Mason of Townsend, MA, she also has a brother living in Florida, a nephew and a niece. NELSON Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at Pine Grove Cemetery, Templeton, MA at 11:45 a.m. A calling hour will be held Wednesday morning, October 1, 2008 at the funeral home from 10 until 11 a,m, The Lavery Chartrand & Alario Funeral Home, 99 Summer St., Fitchburg, MA is directing the arrangements.
