I am so sorry for your loss. I am shocked to hear this sad news as I was a childhood friend of Steve's. I lived across the street from him on Highland Ave and was friends with him from Little League right through high school. I have so many fond memories with him-lots of competitve basketball at my house.(I was usually Bill Russell and he was always a shooter like Jerry West) Steve was a lot of fun and was a good person. May you rest in peace.

Brownie,

You will always be missed, I can still vision you doing the swim in your Frito truck up 190. Man, you are awesome. Me, you and Marty, we had alot of fun. Those wrestling events at the Garden hold a special place in my heart. Steve, may you rest in peace brother.

If We Could Bring You Back Again

If we could bring you back again,
For one more hour or day,
We’d express all our unspoken love;
We’d have countless things to say.

If we could bring you back again,
We’d say we treasured you,
And that your presence in our lives
Meant more than we ever knew.

If we could bring you back again,
To tell you what we should,
You’d know how much we miss you now,
And if we could, we would.
