I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. He was an inspiriation to me in the Fitchburg Bicycle Club in the 1960s. I recall that we used to ride on Wednesday evenings in Lunenburg. Joe's contributions to the sport of cycling were matched by his kind and generous spirit.

My condolences. I remember when Joe gave me a wind trainer after my accident. Very patient explaining everything, step by step. He was very generous. I still have the orange Bridgestone that I got from Cote Cycles. He will be sorely missed.

My condolences to the Cote family. I was friends with Joe and rode with him for quite a few years while we were in the Fitchburg Cycling Club. Joe was a special guy and a great inspiration to all who rode along side him.
