Lillian Spaulding Obituary

Lillian Gloria Spaulding lived in Townsend for many years; 65 TOWNSEND Lillian Gloria "Sis" Spaulding, 65, a longtime Townsend resident, died Thursday, November 6, 2008, at her residence in Gardner. Miss Spaulding was born in Pepperell, August 7, 1943, a daughter of Richard I. and Lillian G. (Stewart) Spaulding Sr., and resided in Townsend for much of her life. For the last year and a half Lillian resided with Jay and Tina Lilly Family in Gardner. She is survived by two brothers, Frank Spaulding and his wife, Kathy of Townsend, William Spaulding of Lehigh Acres, Florida; two sisters, Dora Sylvia of Acton, and Elizabeth Johnson of Leominster. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Spaulding and Martha Kolesar, both of Townsend. Lillian attended ARC Community Daycare Program in Fitchburg for several years and she also attended the Fitchburg and Gardner VNA Day Program. SPAULDING A graveside will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 8th at the Hillside Cemetery, 29 Highland Ave., Townsend, MA. The T. J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 250 Main Street, Townsend are asissting the family with arrangments. Please see www.andersonfuneral.com for additional information.

Our sweet angel "Sissy". You have given us such joy along with many laughs. The greatest gift of all, was the gift of teaching us how to open our hearts to all that are "different" and allowing us to love and be loved.
