Norma Belliveau Obituary

Norma M. Belliveau of Fitchburg; 94 Fitchburg Norma M. (LeBlanc) Belliveau, 94, died Monday, November 24, 2008 at the Sterling Health Care Center, Sterling. She was the widow of Raymond M. Belliveau who died in December 1996. Mrs. Belliveau was born in River Hebert, Nova Scotia, Canada, December 19, 1913, a daughter of Leon and Alice (Arsenault) LeBlanc and resided in Fitchburg for much of her life. For over 50 years Mrs. Belliveau, with her husband owned and operated the Belliveau Fabric and Drapery Shop in Fitchburg, retiring in 1996. She was a longtime active member of the Madonna of the Holy Rosary Church in Fitchburg. She is survived by her son and daughter in law; Paul R. and Leslie Friend Belliveau, two daughters; Joan Batura and Sherry Cosmo both of Florida, her sister; Theresa Maki of Florida. She also leaves 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Leon LeBlanc of Fitchburg. BELLIVEAU A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Wednesday at the Madonna of the Holy Rosary Church, 118 Theresa Street, Fitchburg. A visitation period will be 8:30 - 9:30 Wednesday at the Louis M. Isabelle Funeral Home, 316 Clarendon St, Fitchburg. Please see www.isabellefuneral.com for additional information. A Memorial Service will also be celebrated in Orlando, Florida. Memorial contributions may be made to the Madonna of the Holy Rosary Church, 118 Theresa St, Fitchburg, MA 01420.
