Mary May Obituary

Mary S. May of Chelmsford, St. John member; 82 CHELMSFORD Mrs. Mary S. May, of Chelmsford, died Friday, November 28, 2008, at the Keystone Nursing Home in Leominster, MA. She was married to the late Francis G. May who died April 9, 1991. Born in Lowell on June 4, 1926, the daughter of the late John and Helen (Glibus) Salukas. She attended the Lowell School System. She was employed with the McGowen Educator Cracker Co. in Lowell for nine years, Anton's Cleaners in North Chelmsford, Willow Manor Nursing Home, Northwood Nursing Home, and Heritage Nursing Home all of Lowell, and retiring from the Bay State Vending Co. in Lowell in 1991. She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of North Chelmsford. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis and Gail (Gutkneckt) May of Rowe, MA, and George and Darlene (Arsnault) May of New Ipswich, NH; two daughters, June May of Leominster, and Nancy Wagner of Mechanicsville, VA; five grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late John Salukas of Lowell, the late Ann Salukas of Lowell, the late Helen Pierro of Chelmsford, the late Stanley Salukas of Lowell, and the late Julie Moody of Lowell. Visiting hours Mon. 3 to 7 p.m. Funeral Tues. at 8 A.M. from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 9 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church in N.
