Dear JoAnne and members of the Feldt clan:
My sincere sympathy your loss. I have many, many fond memories of Arnie and the rest of your family, such as: walking beans while listening to Arnie's jokes; Arnie walking into the farmhouse and saying "Turn off that idiot box!"; many fun times on the farm building forts in the grove; making more forts in the haymow; playing with kittens; Arnie's wonderful singing voice during choir practice and church services; and his friendliness and neighborliness whenever I returned home for a visit (which now has been 28 years since I moved away from Iowa). I will miss Arnie, but I am comforted by knowing that he's home with his Savior. God's blessing to all of you.

I enjoyed seeing all of you at the funeral on Saturday. You have such a wonderful family! Arnie always had kind words for everyone. A true gentleman in every respect. He was a wonderful choir director and also a dear friend to my parents. God's Blessings in the days ahead. I am thinking about each of you!

My deepest sympathy to all of you.
I don't know if you remember us but
we lived in St. A. 1974-76 and Rollen was administrator of the nursing home and we were members of Immanuel. Rollen was called home this past September. May your faith in the Risen Savior be a comfort to you and in the time ahead. Arnie will be missed by all of you.

My sincere sympathy to this family. I am a sister of Jean Marcks and John Muller. When I was a young teenager I would babysit the 6 Feldt children. I have some fond memories of those times. I remember visiting Immanuel church a couple of years ago and having a very pleasant visit with Arnold and you especially, Joan. We talked about our travels to So.Carolina at that time. Again, my sympathy and know you are in my prayers. Ardis Schmelzer
