Hans Templeman

Jan.1, 1954 - Jan.24, 2009 Resident of Carmichael Hans Edward Templeman was born on January 1, 1954 in Corona, California. He was raised in San Carlos and attended Carlmont High School where he excelled in track and cross-country. Hans received an athletic scholarship from the University of Montana where he graduated with a degree in Psychology. Hans traveled extensively throughout the world, lived and worked in England, India, and later Japan. He became an English teacher while in Japan, married and had a son. Hans also became a certified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner and finally settled in Sacramento, California. In 2004 Hans was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease and after years of declining health passed away peacefully at his home on January 24, 2009. Hans is survived by his son Shane, his mother Dorothea, his brother Henry, sister's Nora, Lisa and Vera. In the 1980's, Hans purchased property in the Santa Cruz mountains where the family will hold a private ceromony in his honor.
