Stan was my neighbor and he actually moved into my apartment when I relocated to Hawaii. He was such a great guy. He was always looking out for me since I lived alone. He was like a big brother. I will truly miss him and his crazy sense of humor. He always made me laugh. He was my Monday Night Football buddy and I helped him cheer on his KC Chiefs. My prayers are with his family and especially those two little girls whom I only had the pleasure of meeting once. I'm sure they know how special there Dad was.

I met Stan when he worked at Quidel and became friends with him right away. He was funny, compassionate, sincere, honest and an excellent dancer! I could talk to him about anything.

I met his beautiful daughters last summer and saw first hand how much he loved and cared for them, he spoke of them all the time.

I am so very sad at his death and my heart goes out to his family. He was a very special person and I will miss him.
