I worked with Jules for a few years when I first started with State Gov. He was truly an interesting friend. I will miss talking with him, but I still have the day lillies he gave me as a reminder.

Like Eileen, Jules introduced me to several civic organizations in Frankfort when I returned to the states at the end of my Peace Corps tour. He has touched many lives. He will be missed by the community where he lived, the organizations of which he was a part, and the many people that consider him a friend.

You were one of my very first friends when I moved to Kentucky. You talked me into joining the Frankfort Arts group so I would have someplace to go and you were always a friend. I shall miss you.
